En Villa Mar\u00eda, las habilitaciones de comercios ahora ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas<\/strong>, ya que comenzar\u00e1n a realizarse en forma remota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La presentaci\u00f3n de esta novedad forma parte del programa de Modernizaci\u00f3n del Estado local que lleva adelanta el municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cQueremos que nuestros comerciantes vendan, queremos que puedan sacar sus habilitaciones lo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido posible<\/strong>, lo m\u00e1s sencillamente posible\u201d, resumi\u00f3 el esp\u00edritu de esta decisi\u00f3n el secretario de Econom\u00eda, Transformaci\u00f3n Digital y Desarrollo Productivo, Guillermo Pieckenstainer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el subsecretario de Desarrollo Productivo, Germ\u00e1n Tenedini, revel\u00f3 que apenas el 40% de los comercios que est\u00e1n inscriptos en Villa Mar\u00eda tienen habilitaci\u00f3n definitiva.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEs un n\u00famero preocupante, porque a eso hay que sumarle un mont\u00f3n que est\u00e1n por fuera, que no est\u00e1n legalizados o registrados y est\u00e1n funcionando. Por eso con esto buscamos hacer m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y \u00e1gil el tr\u00e1mite\u201d, plante\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese sentido, revel\u00f3 que en los pocos d\u00edas que las Auditor\u00edas Remotas llevan en marcha, hoy las inscripciones est\u00e1n duplicando el n\u00famero de ceses de comercios.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNo solo nuevos, sino que estamos generando la inscripci\u00f3n de los que ya est\u00e1n funcionando\u201d, plante\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si bien ya est\u00e1 en marcha esta modalidad de auditor\u00eda, resaltaron que por el momento, hasta avanzar en la capacitaci\u00f3n de todos los actores intervinientes, convivir\u00e1n las dos modalidades (la tradicional y la nueva).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A su vez, adelant\u00f3 que est\u00e1n preparando una nueva ordenanza para el a\u00f1o pr\u00f3ximo que cambiar\u00e1 sustancialmente la forma en que los comercios inician y desarrollan el tr\u00e1mite para abrir y habilitar, buscando simplificar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las auditor\u00edas remotas ya comenzaron a realizarse. En poco tiempo, se observa un incremento en la cantidad de tr\u00e1mites.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

C\u00f3mo funciona<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mediante el \u00e1rea de Habilitaciones \u00danicas de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Productivo, los comercios e industrias podr\u00e1n acceder, de manera m\u00e1s sencilla y eficiente, a las Auditor\u00edas Remotas, mientras que, desde el Municipio se podr\u00e1 efectuar el seguimiento sin necesidad de realizar una visita a la ubicaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica objeto de la auditor\u00eda.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, esta modernizaci\u00f3n facilita el seguimiento de diversos comercios, utilizando las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n (videollamadas, mail, nube).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las auditor\u00edas a distancia o virtuales son un proceso sistem\u00e1tico, independiente, documentado y controlado para obtener, a trav\u00e9s de medios tecnol\u00f3gicos, diversos documentos y evidencias objetivas, con el fin de evaluarlos de manera online y determinar el grado en que se cumplen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n se puede obtener evidencias objetivas para determinar que se cumplan con los requisitos exigidos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

De este modo, se auditar\u00e1n: aspectos bromatol\u00f3gicos del comercio o industria, medidas de higiene y seguridad, funcionamiento de instalaciones, entre otros aspectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQui\u00e9nes pueden acceder?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Respecto de los establecimientos auditados de forma digital, se trabajar\u00e1 con aquellos de bajo y mediano riesgo<\/strong>, es decir, aquellos que por su funcionamiento no constituyen riesgo o molestia a la seguridad, salubridad e higiene de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En cambio, los establecimientos catalogados como de \u201cAlto riesgo\u201d, considerados peligrosos porque su funcionamiento constituye un riesgo para la seguridad, salubridad e higiene de la poblaci\u00f3n u ocasiona da\u00f1os graves a los bienes y al medio ambiente ante un accidente, continuar\u00e1n siendo auditados de manera presencial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
