{"id":10994,"date":"2024-12-11T08:46:06","date_gmt":"2024-12-11T11:46:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/?p=10994"},"modified":"2024-12-11T08:46:21","modified_gmt":"2024-12-11T11:46:21","slug":"bell-ville-adhirio-al-rigi-buscando-captar-empresas-e-inversiones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/bell-ville-adhirio-al-rigi-buscando-captar-empresas-e-inversiones\/","title":{"rendered":"Bell Ville adhiri\u00f3 al RIGI buscando captar empresas e inversiones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con el objetivo de <strong>captar inversiones y que m\u00e1s empresas que radiquen dentro de su ejido urbano<\/strong>, Bell Ville adhiri\u00f3 al R\u00e9gimen de Incentivo para Grandes Inversiones (RIGI), previsto en las Leyes Nacional N\u00ba 27.742 y Provincial N\u00ba 10.997.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como medida innovadora e impronta netamente municipal, se deja establecido que \u201c<strong>el municipio podr\u00e1 incrementar los beneficios previstos en el RIGI<\/strong>, (disminuci\u00f3n o exenci\u00f3n de tasa de comercio e industria, tasa a la propiedad, contribuci\u00f3n sobre rodados, contribuci\u00f3n por mejoras, derecho de construcci\u00f3n y OIM)\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n \u201c<strong>desarrollar y ejecutar obras de infraestructura complementarias, reg\u00edmenes de incentivos, y financiar programas para capacitaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y nuevos puestos de trabajo y, en su caso, poner a disposici\u00f3n las ordenanzas de promoci\u00f3n vigentes adem\u00e1s de otras acciones promocionales que en el futuro pueda crear, con el objetivo de fomentar y\/o incentivar la radicaci\u00f3n y\/o localizaci\u00f3n efectiva de los Veh\u00edculos de Proyecto \u00danico (VPU) en la ciudad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n faculta al Ejecutivo Municipal, a otorgar otros beneficios, dentro de las siguientes previsiones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inversi\u00f3n de <strong>U$S 2.000.000, hasta U$S 5.000.00<\/strong>, gozar\u00e1 de los beneficios impositivos hasta el plazo de 3 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inversi\u00f3n superior a los <strong>U$S 5.000.000, hasta U$S 10.000.000<\/strong>, gozar\u00e1 de los beneficios impositivos hasta el plazo de 5 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inversi\u00f3n de <strong>U$S 10.000.000, hasta U$S 20.000.000<\/strong>, gozar\u00e1 de los beneficios impositivos hasta el plazo de 10 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inversi\u00f3n superior a veinte millones <strong>U$S 20.000.000<\/strong>, gozar\u00e1 de los beneficios impositivos hasta el plazo de 15 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLas medidas adoptadas colocan a nuestra ciudad dentro del<strong> polo de atracci\u00f3n de inversiones locales, nacionales e internacionales<\/strong>, para lograr la radicaci\u00f3n de dichas inversiones que motoricen el empleo y la riqueza local, para desde el interior del interior, ser el motor de expansi\u00f3n y crecimiento econ\u00f3mico que nuestra provincia y pa\u00eds necesita\u201d, plantearon desde el municipio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con el objetivo de captar inversiones y que m\u00e1s empresas que radiquen dentro de su ejido urbano, Bell Ville adhiri\u00f3 al R\u00e9gimen de Incentivo para Grandes Inversiones (RIGI), previsto en las Leyes Nacional N\u00ba 27.742 y Provincial N\u00ba 10.997.
