{"id":11766,"date":"2025-04-04T08:00:56","date_gmt":"2025-04-04T11:00:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/?p=11766"},"modified":"2025-04-04T08:01:27","modified_gmt":"2025-04-04T11:01:27","slug":"radiografia-del-sistema-financiero-en-villa-maria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/radiografia-del-sistema-financiero-en-villa-maria\/","title":{"rendered":"Radiograf\u00eda del sistema financiero en Villa Mar\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Observatorio Integral de la Regi\u00f3n de la Universidad Nacional de Villa Mar\u00eda present\u00f3 su informe sobre el sistema financiero correspondiente al cuarto trimestre de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El estudio muestra que los dep\u00f3sitos crecieron m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que los pr\u00e9stamos, la dolarizaci\u00f3n del sistema alcanz\u00f3 su nivel m\u00e1s alto desde 2019 y la relaci\u00f3n entre cr\u00e9ditos y dep\u00f3sitos registr\u00f3 un nuevo r\u00e9cord post-convertibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dep\u00f3sitos y pr\u00e9stamos: tendencias opuestas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los dep\u00f3sitos en el sistema financiero de Villa Mar\u00eda crecieron un <strong>12,3% trimestral<\/strong> y un <strong>147,4% interanual<\/strong>, alcanzando los <strong>206.078 millones de pesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los pr\u00e9stamos, por su parte, registraron una suba del <strong>40,8% respecto al trimestre anterior<\/strong> y del <strong>258,5% interanual<\/strong>, sumando <strong>286.287 millones de pesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesar de estos aumentos nominales, ajustados por inflaci\u00f3n, los montos totales operados fueron menores que en el \u00faltimo trimestre de 2023, excepto en el caso de los pr\u00e9stamos del cuarto trimestre de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La relaci\u00f3n entre pr\u00e9stamos y dep\u00f3sitos, que hab\u00eda tocado un m\u00ednimo en 2022, <strong>super\u00f3 los 100 puntos en el segundo semestre de 2024<\/strong>, alcanzando un r\u00e9cord de <strong>139 pesos prestados por cada 100 depositados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mayor dolarizaci\u00f3n del sistema financiero<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u00edndice de dolarizaci\u00f3n del sistema financiero pas\u00f3 del <strong>16,6% en 2023 al 24,6% en 2024<\/strong>, con un pico del <strong>27,3% en el tercer trimestre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los dep\u00f3sitos en moneda extranjera alcanzaron <strong>52.378 millones de pesos<\/strong>, equivalentes a <strong>50,7 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong>, representando el <strong>25,4% del total de dep\u00f3sitos<\/strong>. Aunque esto signific\u00f3 una suba interanual del <strong>249%<\/strong>, hubo una ca\u00edda del <strong>12,3% respecto al trimestre anterior<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto a los pr\u00e9stamos en d\u00f3lares, totalizaron <strong>68.560 millones de pesos<\/strong> (equivalentes a <strong>66,4 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong>), lo que represent\u00f3 el <strong>23,9% del total de cr\u00e9ditos<\/strong>.
