No obstante, respecto a mayo de este a\u00f1o, el \u00edndice <strong>creci\u00f3 un 67%<\/strong>, mostrando un leve repunte mensual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesar del repunte intermensual, <strong>el dato de junio es el m\u00e1s bajo para ese mes en toda la serie hist\u00f3rica<\/strong>, muy por debajo del promedio habitual, que ronda los 70 puntos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cambia el perfil de la demanda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De los <strong>165 pedidos laborales registrados<\/strong>, la mayor\u00eda se concentr\u00f3 en los sectores de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>T\u00e9cnicos y Profesionales<\/strong>: 48%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Servicios<\/strong>: 28%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comercial<\/strong>: 24%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Administrativo<\/strong>: 0%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto a la <strong>demanda por g\u00e9nero<\/strong>, el informe destaca que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>48% de los avisos no mencionaron g\u00e9nero<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>48% buscaron exclusivamente varones<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Solo el 4% solicit\u00f3 mujeres<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El empleo digital, en alza<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un dato destacado del informe es el comportamiento del <strong>IDL digital<\/strong>, indicador que toma como base octubre de 2019 (valor 100) y mide la demanda laboral publicada en portales y plataformas digitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En junio de 2025, el \u00edndice digital alcanz\u00f3 los <strong>154 puntos<\/strong>, lo que implica una <strong>suba del 157% interanual<\/strong> y un incremento del <strong>15% intermensual<\/strong>.
