{"id":12653,"date":"2025-08-04T00:33:00","date_gmt":"2025-08-04T03:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/?p=12653"},"modified":"2025-08-04T08:42:25","modified_gmt":"2025-08-04T11:42:25","slug":"villa-maria-cordoba-y-rio-cuarto-miden-su-ecosistema-emprendedor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/villa-maria-cordoba-y-rio-cuarto-miden-su-ecosistema-emprendedor\/","title":{"rendered":"Villa Mar\u00eda, C\u00f3rdoba y R\u00edo Cuarto miden su ecosistema emprendedor"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>Agencia C\u00f3rdoba Innovar y Emprender<\/strong> impulsa una nueva edici\u00f3n del estudio \u201c<strong>Diagn\u00f3stico de las condiciones para emprender<\/strong>\u201d, con la participaci\u00f3n de <strong>Villa Mar\u00eda, C\u00f3rdoba capital y R\u00edo Cuarto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El relevamiento se realiza bajo la metodolog\u00eda del <strong>Grupo de Ecosistemas Inteligentes de Am\u00e9rica Latina (GEIAL)<\/strong> y contempla m\u00e1s de <strong>74 variables agrupadas en 11 dimensiones clave<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre las \u00e1reas analizadas se encuentran el <strong>acceso a financiamiento<\/strong>, la <strong>cultura emprendedora<\/strong>, el <strong>capital humano<\/strong>, las <strong>pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas<\/strong>, las <strong>redes de colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, la <strong>perspectiva de g\u00e9nero<\/strong> y el <strong>apoyo a empresas de base cient\u00edfico-tecnol\u00f3gica (EBCT)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El estudio se articula con actores p\u00fablicos y privados del ecosistema productivo, acad\u00e9mico y cient\u00edfico, con el objetivo de generar informaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica para la <strong>toma de decisiones basada en evidencia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00edo Cuarto: evoluci\u00f3n con foco en las EBCT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00edo Cuarto<\/strong>, ciudad pionera en este estudio en la provincia, participa por segunda vez. Para <strong>Cristian De Angelo<\/strong>, subsecretario de Ciencia y T\u00e9cnica de la UNRC, esta continuidad permite <strong>evaluar avances concretos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNos da una foto de c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 el ecosistema y nos permite saber en qu\u00e9 puntos podemos mejorar. Este a\u00f1o podremos ver c\u00f3mo evolucionamos y trabajar espec\u00edficamente en aspectos como las EBCT, un eje que nos interesa mucho impulsar\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el acad\u00e9mico, si bien a\u00fan queda mucho camino por recorrer, <strong>el ecosistema riocuartense muestra se\u00f1ales positivas<\/strong>, con creciente participaci\u00f3n del sector empresario y un potencial fuerte para desarrollar startups y spin-offs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3rdoba capital: datos para dar un salto cualitativo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la ciudad de C\u00f3rdoba, el estudio incluye la participaci\u00f3n de <strong>40 referentes<\/strong> del ecosistema. Desde la Secretar\u00eda de Innovaci\u00f3n de la <strong>UNC<\/strong>, <strong>Silvia Aisa<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que esta medici\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 obtener <strong>indicadores claros sobre el desempe\u00f1o local<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPoner n\u00fameros es fundamental para crecer. Estamos seguros de lo que hacemos, pero necesitamos compararnos con otras regiones para dar un salto cualitativo y posicionarnos mejor en Latinoam\u00e9rica\u201d, plante\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ecosistema cordob\u00e9s, con una <strong>red madura y en expansi\u00f3n<\/strong>, busca consolidar su liderazgo regional a partir de datos objetivos y comparativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Villa Mar\u00eda: una primera participaci\u00f3n con mirada territorial<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Villa Mar\u00eda<\/strong> se suma por primera vez al estudio, con la participaci\u00f3n de <strong>30 referentes<\/strong> en su <strong>Panel de Actores Clave del Ecosistema (PACE)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de ellos, <strong>David Cardozo<\/strong>, fundador de <strong>Agricultex<\/strong>, valor\u00f3 especialmente la posibilidad de diagnosticar con claridad la realidad local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPoder mapear los ecosistemas emprendedores en nuestra provincia nos da m\u00e1s claridad sobre nuestra cotidianidad y fortalece las vinculaciones para acercar oportunidades de capacitaci\u00f3n y negocios\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cardozo tambi\u00e9n subray\u00f3 el rol del sector p\u00fablico en el impulso de este proceso y la importancia de <strong>generar redes colaborativas<\/strong> para el crecimiento del ecosistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un diagn\u00f3stico con impacto provincial<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La incorporaci\u00f3n de estas tres ciudades fortalece una visi\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica del <strong>ecosistema de innovaci\u00f3n y emprendimiento cordob\u00e9s<\/strong>.
