{"id":12823,"date":"2025-08-25T00:56:00","date_gmt":"2025-08-25T03:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/?p=12823"},"modified":"2025-08-25T08:06:11","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T11:06:11","slug":"el-agro-argentino-elige-el-credito-en-dolares-y-logra-su-tercer-mayor-financiamiento-del-siglo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/el-agro-argentino-elige-el-credito-en-dolares-y-logra-su-tercer-mayor-financiamiento-del-siglo\/","title":{"rendered":"El agro argentino elige el cr\u00e9dito en d\u00f3lares y logra su tercer mayor financiamiento del siglo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>financiamiento bancario al sector agropecuario<\/strong> alcanz\u00f3 uno de los puntos m\u00e1s altos de las \u00faltimas dos d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan datos del <strong>Banco Central<\/strong> y un informe de la <strong>Bolsa de Comercio de Rosario (BCR)<\/strong>, el sector tom\u00f3 deuda por <strong>$4,1 billones de pesos a valores constantes<\/strong>, lo que lo ubica como el <strong>tercer registro m\u00e1s elevado del siglo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dato m\u00e1s relevante es la <strong>composici\u00f3n de esa deuda<\/strong>: <strong>el 60% corresponde a pr\u00e9stamos en d\u00f3lares<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este tipo de cr\u00e9dito <strong>duplic\u00f3 su volumen en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o<\/strong>, mientras que el financiamiento en pesos creci\u00f3 un <strong>48%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En total, <strong>$1,6 billones fueron otorgados en moneda local y $2,5 billones en moneda extranjera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La BCR atribuy\u00f3 este movimiento a varios factores: <strong>blanqueo de capitales<\/strong>, <strong>flexibilizaci\u00f3n del mercado cambiario<\/strong> y <strong>mejores condiciones para acceder a cr\u00e9ditos en d\u00f3lares<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n influy\u00f3 el <strong>encarecimiento del financiamiento en pesos<\/strong>, con tasas reales m\u00e1s altas en un contexto de <strong>desaceleraci\u00f3n inflacionaria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<strong>Este volumen s\u00f3lo fue superado por los registros del 30 de junio de 2018 y de 2012<\/strong>\u201d, destac\u00f3 la entidad, que subray\u00f3 el crecimiento del cr\u00e9dito en moneda extranjera como la principal causa del salto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Igualmente, limitado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesar de esta suba, el financiamiento bancario sigue siendo <strong>limitado frente a las necesidades del sector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, el agro se volc\u00f3 a otras opciones, como el <strong>cr\u00e9dito comercial<\/strong> o el <strong>mercado de capitales<\/strong>, para cubrir insumos y capital de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>morosidad<\/strong>, por su parte, muestra un comportamiento saludable: <strong>el 98% de los cr\u00e9ditos se encuentra en cumplimiento<\/strong>, un dato que refuerza la confianza del sistema financiero en el sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respecto a las <strong>tasas<\/strong>, la BCR indic\u00f3 que durante gran parte de la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada las tasas en pesos fueron <strong>negativas en t\u00e9rminos reales<\/strong>. Sin embargo, en junio de 2025 la <strong>tasa real anual trep\u00f3 a 23,1%<\/strong>, la m\u00e1s alta registrada en este siglo, lo que <strong>desincentiv\u00f3 el cr\u00e9dito en moneda local<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cambio, las <strong>tasas reales para pr\u00e9stamos en d\u00f3lares rondan el 5,8%<\/strong>, en l\u00ednea con el promedio de los \u00faltimos diez a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta diferencia, sumada a las condiciones macroecon\u00f3micas, explica por qu\u00e9 el sector eligi\u00f3 <strong>mayoritariamente financiarse en moneda extranjera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El financiamiento bancario al sector agropecuario alcanz\u00f3 uno de los puntos m\u00e1s altos de las \u00faltimas dos d\u00e9cadas.
