alcanzaron un nivel r\u00e9cord en los primeros diez meses de 2025, al sumar casi <strong>US$12.800 millones<\/strong>, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 la <strong>Gerencia de Inteligencia Comercial de la Agencia Argentina de Inversiones y Comercio Internacional (AAICI)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con el relevamiento basado en estad\u00edsticas oficiales, estas cifras representan un incremento del <strong>60,6% respecto del mismo per\u00edodo de 2024<\/strong> y marcan el nivel m\u00e1s alto registrado en la historia del pa\u00eds para la compra de maquinaria e insumos destinados a la producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El an\u00e1lisis oficial tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala que el volumen importado se ubica un <strong>39,17% por encima del promedio de los \u00faltimos diez a\u00f1os<\/strong>, lo que refleja un cambio de din\u00e1mica en el perfil de inversiones del entramado productivo nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un motor clave de las importaciones totales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En lo que va del a\u00f1o, <strong>uno de cada tres d\u00f3lares del crecimiento en las importaciones totales<\/strong> estuvo explicado por las compras de bienes de capital, lo que posiciona a este rubro como un factor central en la expansi\u00f3n comercial de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre enero y octubre, las importaciones de <strong>bienes intermedios<\/strong> totalizaron <strong>US$20.800 millones<\/strong>, con un crecimiento interanual del <strong>7,2%<\/strong>, mientras que los ingresos de <strong>piezas y accesorios para bienes de capital<\/strong> alcanzaron casi <strong>US$13.100 millones<\/strong>, con una suba del <strong>21%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e1s competitividad y mayor productividad<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde la Agencia explicaron que este tipo de importaciones son estrat\u00e9gicas para el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico. \u201cLas importaciones de estos rubros son cruciales para aceitar el proceso productivo, ya que mejoran la competitividad de las empresas nacionales en los mercados externos para impulsar mayores exportaciones, el agregado de valor y la diversificaci\u00f3n de la canasta exportadora\u201d, indicaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, destacaron que estas compras fomentan la <strong>inversi\u00f3n productiva, la innovaci\u00f3n, la productividad y la modernizaci\u00f3n empresarial<\/strong>, y facilitan la inserci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds en las <strong>cadenas globales de valor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un nuevo escenario macroecon\u00f3mico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El informe atribuye el crecimiento al cambio en el contexto econ\u00f3mico. \u201cEl escenario actual de <strong>estabilizaci\u00f3n macroecon\u00f3mica, reducci\u00f3n de impuestos, regreso del cr\u00e9dito, eliminaci\u00f3n de regulaciones y mayor apertura comercial<\/strong> permiti\u00f3 recrear un entorno de menor incertidumbre y mejores condiciones para planificar inversiones\u201d, remarcaron desde el organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medidas que destrabaron inversiones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La AAICI detall\u00f3 que el repunte en las importaciones de bienes de capital est\u00e1 directamente vinculado a una bater\u00eda de medidas de desregulaci\u00f3n y normalizaci\u00f3n del comercio exterior, entre ellas la <strong>eliminaci\u00f3n de las SIRA<\/strong>, la regularizaci\u00f3n de la <strong>deuda comercial de importadores<\/strong>, la supresi\u00f3n del <strong>impuesto PAIS para importaciones<\/strong>, la facilitaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites t\u00e9cnicos y normativos, y la <strong>rebaja de aranceles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n mencionaron pol\u00edticas orientadas a bajar los costos de exportaci\u00f3n, como el r\u00e9gimen de <strong>importaci\u00f3n temporaria<\/strong> y la ampliaci\u00f3n del sistema <strong>Exporta Simple<\/strong>, que busca facilitar las operaciones de empresas exportadoras de menor escala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En conjunto, estas decisiones habr\u00edan generado un nuevo marco para el comercio exterior, orientado a potenciar la inversi\u00f3n productiva y fortalecer la capacidad exportadora del
