{"id":2765,"date":"2022-07-12T12:13:37","date_gmt":"2022-07-12T15:13:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/?p=2765"},"modified":"2022-07-12T12:39:36","modified_gmt":"2022-07-12T15:39:36","slug":"llegaria-un-mcdonalds-a-villa-maria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/llegaria-un-mcdonalds-a-villa-maria\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfLlegar\u00eda un McDonald&#8217;s a Villa Mar\u00eda?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La llegada de una de las franquicias m\u00e1s famosas del mundo como<strong> McDonald&#8217;s a Villa Mar\u00eda<\/strong>, quiz\u00e1s ya no es tan ut\u00f3pico como antes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cu\u00e1ntas veces alg\u00fan villamariense o habitante de la regi\u00f3n se habr\u00e1 preguntado: \u201c\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no un McDonald&#8217;s ac\u00e1?\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esa misma pregunta es la que se hicieron desde <strong>Amma H\u00edper Villa Mar\u00eda<\/strong>, el proyecto <a href=\"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/amma-hiper-villa-maria-detalles-de-una-operacion-millonaria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recientemente presentado<\/a> del Grupo Gesta en el espacio comercial m\u00e1s grande que tiene la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Miguel Olaviaga<\/strong>, presidente de la entidad de la econom\u00eda social y solidaria, le cont\u00f3 a <strong>Mundo Empresas<\/strong> que se encuentran analizando el armado de los diferentes espacios que hacen al h\u00edper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cine, la sala de juegos infantiles y algunas otras disposiciones ya est\u00e1n confirmadas que siguen o que se suman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese entramado, Olaviaga confi\u00f3 que <strong>hay una serie de franquicias gastron\u00f3micas en las que han puesto el ojo<\/strong>, entre ellas la de Arcos Dorados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNosotros, <strong>a trav\u00e9s de la Federaci\u00f3n de Cooperativas de Consumo, estamos viendo las l\u00edneas de franquicias para ver cu\u00e1l podr\u00eda llegar<\/strong>, algunas m\u00e1s complejas que otras, porque tienen una serie de requerimientos\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si bien <strong>aclar\u00f3 que no han tenido negociaciones directas, s\u00ed destac\u00f3 que \u201cestamos en conversaciones<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de la cooperativa obrera por franquicias como McDonald&#8217;s o Mostaza\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfPodr\u00eda darse?
