{"id":417,"date":"2021-04-23T09:44:00","date_gmt":"2021-04-23T09:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/javierdiaz.com.ar\/extienden-los-beneficios-para-monotributistas\/"},"modified":"2022-05-14T01:37:46","modified_gmt":"2022-05-14T01:37:46","slug":"extienden-los-beneficios-para-monotributistas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/extienden-los-beneficios-para-monotributistas\/","title":{"rendered":"Extienden los beneficios para monotributistas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (AFIP) anunci\u00f3 hoy que <strong>se extienden los beneficios para monotributistas <\/strong>hasta, en principio, el 3 de mayo.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfCu\u00e1les eran?<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">&gt;Se garantiza que ning\u00fan monotributista sea dado de baja de oficio del r\u00e9gimen por falta de pago ni sean excluido quienes facturen por encima de los topes previstos en el R\u00e9gimen Simplificado para Peque\u00f1os Contribuyentes.<br \/>\n&gt;Se suspenden las exclusiones correspondientes a abril y todo otro proceso sist\u00e9mico vinculado al encuadre y categorizaci\u00f3n de los peque\u00f1os contribuyentes.<\/p>\n<p>Los beneficios se extienden <strong>como parte del proceso de reglamentaci\u00f3n de las modificaciones previstas en el R\u00e9gimen<\/strong> de Sostenimiento e Inclusi\u00f3n Fiscal para Peque\u00f1os Contribuyentes aprobado por el Congreso.<\/p>\n<p>En un comunicado, <strong>AFIP afirm\u00f3 que \u201cser\u00e1 la encargada, por \u00fanica vez, de volver a categorizar a los peque\u00f1os contribuyentes<\/strong> adheridos al R\u00e9gimen Simplificado, aun cuando esa adhesi\u00f3n hubiese ocurrido a partir del 1\u00b0 de enero de 2021, inclusive, en la categor\u00eda que les corresponda, considerando los valores de los par\u00e1metros de ingresos brutos y alquileres devengados que resulten de la actualizaci\u00f3n que se efect\u00fae en los t\u00e9rminos del p\u00e1rrafo precedente y la informaci\u00f3n oportunamente declarada por los mencionados peque\u00f1os contribuyentes\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, los peque\u00f1os contribuyentes adheridos al R\u00e9gimen Simplificado <strong>podr\u00e1n solicitar la modificaci\u00f3n de la referida nueva categor\u00eda; y la falta de manifestaci\u00f3n expresa implicar\u00e1 su ratificaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La AFIP confirm\u00f3 hoy que durante abril ning\u00fan contribuyente ser\u00e1 dado de baja de oficio por falta de pago ni ser\u00e1 excluido.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":13,"featured_media":1013,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[39],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-417","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-actualidad"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
