{"id":4195,"date":"2023-01-05T08:03:21","date_gmt":"2023-01-05T11:03:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/?p=4195"},"modified":"2023-01-05T08:03:23","modified_gmt":"2023-01-05T11:03:23","slug":"los-alquileres-aumentaron-mas-que-la-inflacion-por-tercer-ano-consecutivo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/los-alquileres-aumentaron-mas-que-la-inflacion-por-tercer-ano-consecutivo\/","title":{"rendered":"Los alquileres aumentaron m\u00e1s que la inflaci\u00f3n por tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los precios de los alquileres subieron en 2022 m\u00e1s que la inflaci\u00f3n, situaci\u00f3n que se registra por tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En definitiva, <strong>desde que se sancion\u00f3 la Ley de Alquileres a mediados del 2020,<\/strong> impacta en forma negativa sobre los valores de renta de inmuebles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un estudio del Instituto de Investigaciones Econ\u00f3micas de la Bolsa de Comercio de C\u00f3rdoba analiz\u00f3 la evoluci\u00f3n de los alquileres en las principales ciudades del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese sentido, revelaron que <strong>en C\u00f3rdoba se observan aumentos del 115% en la comparaci\u00f3n del 2022 con el 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (CABA) se incrementaron 98% durante 2022, cuando las proyecciones moderadas marcan que la inflaci\u00f3n terminar\u00eda ese a\u00f1o en alrededor de 95%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y los datos preliminares de Rosario la ubican al mismo nivel que la inflaci\u00f3n para el a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed, los alquileres estuvieron por encima del registro inflacionario m\u00e1s elevado de los \u00faltimos 30 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLa del 2022 no resulta una situaci\u00f3n aislada, ya que <strong>por tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo los alquileres registraron incrementos por encima de la inflaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. La primera medici\u00f3n con este comportamiento fue la del 2020 y coincide con la sanci\u00f3n de la Ley de Alquileres\u201d, apuntaron desde la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En los 30 meses transcurridos desde la entrada en vigencia de la Ley de Alquileres la inflaci\u00f3n acumulada fue de 250%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese periodo, el aumento de los alquileres <strong>en los principales centros urbanos fue de entre 40 y 70 puntos porcentuales por encima<\/strong> de ese nivel.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los precios de los alquileres subieron en 2022 m\u00e1s que la inflaci\u00f3n, situaci\u00f3n que se registra por tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo.
