La producci\u00f3n de cerveza artesanal rompe r\u00e9cords en la Argentina y se posiciona como l\u00edder regional en Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo a un relevamiento de la C\u00e1mara de Cerveceros Artesanales de Argentina (CCAA), en el pa\u00eds existen unas 2.500 f\u00e1bricas artesanales de cerveza<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el 2022, la molienda fue superior al mill\u00f3n de toneladas de cebada cervecera<\/strong>, r\u00e9cord hist\u00f3rico seg\u00fan la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura, Ganader\u00eda y Pesca de la Naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Juan Manuel Gonz\u00e1lez Insfr\u00e1n<\/strong>, presidente de la CCAA, record\u00f3 que \u201chasta 2018 hubo un boom productivo muy marcado, impulsado por consumidores no satisfechos por la industria tradicional\u201d. \u201cLas cervezas industriales en la Argentina ten\u00edan, en ese momento, recetas muy elementales y alejadas de cosas que se consiguen en otras partes del mundo\u201d, rememor\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoy, no duda en afirmar que \u201cla Argentina lidera la producci\u00f3n artesanal de cervezas en la regi\u00f3n\u201d, y destac\u00f3 el reconocimiento internacional que obtienen las cervezas producidas en el pa\u00eds en diferentes concursos cerveceros internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para Gonz\u00e1lez Insfr\u00e1n, \u201cla tradici\u00f3n en vinos y fermentaciones le brinda a nuestro pa\u00eds una gran ventaja competitiva a escala global\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vale recordar que Villa Mar\u00eda cuenta con unas 9 plantas habilitadas y unos 45 homebrewer.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desaf\u00edos a futuro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Gonz\u00e1lez Insfr\u00e1n apunt\u00f3 que \u201cuno de los mayores desaf\u00edos hacia el futuro es seguir siendo referentes en Latinoam\u00e9rica\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esto, mediante el desarrollo de \u201ccervezas artesanales que nos permitan la sustituci\u00f3n de algunos productos de importaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, as\u00ed como imponer estilos propios de nuestro pa\u00eds para toda Latinoam\u00e9rica\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El presidente de la CCAA se\u00f1al\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que apuntan a \u201campliar el abanico de ofertas de cervezas con estilos diversos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
