Durante toda mi carrera en la operaci\u00f3n (trabajando en empresas), he estado mucho tiempo discutiendo opiniones sobre qu\u00e9 debemos hacer con las pol\u00edticas de RRHH de personas que no saben de RRHH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esto era algo que me molestaba mucho ya que sent\u00eda que \u201cse met\u00edan en mis temas\u201d, hasta que me di cuenta de que yo tambi\u00e9n opinaba sobre RRHH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esto significa que lo que yo dec\u00eda que deb\u00edamos hacer no ten\u00eda una fundamentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica<\/strong>, solo era una opini\u00f3n m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cuando me di cuenta de esto, fue un gran golpe para mi ego y me acorde del personaje Dr. House, un m\u00e9dico soberbio que resolv\u00eda todos los casos dif\u00edciles y lo hac\u00eda usando dos variables: una gran capacidad de an\u00e1lisis y un gran conocimiento t\u00e9cnico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Santiago Orellana tiene una vasta trayectoria en Recursos Humanos, trabajando en empresas y ahora con su propia consultora.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

En este sentido, mi carrera tomo un rumbo muy diferente cuando, a partir de este descubrimiento, empec\u00e9 a cargar de informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica a mi vida profesional<\/strong> y de esta puedo destacar lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La gente de RRHH debe administrar las t\u00e9cnicas y herramientas de 5 temas:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Salario<\/strong>:  Este es el cimiento de la gesti\u00f3n, si esto no est\u00e1, nada se puede construir. Este punto habla de la gesti\u00f3n de la equidad interna y externa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Capacitaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Cuando hablamos de conocimiento primero debemos definir cu\u00e1l es el conocimiento que estamos necesitando.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Desarrollo<\/strong>: Una de las funciones de RRHH es pensar en la carrera profesional de los empleados.  Pero sin opinar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Clima laboral<\/strong>:  Esto no es la encuesta, es hacer del lugar de trabajo un lugar donde potencie a los empleados, donde pueda equivocarme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Balance entre la vida laboral y personal<\/strong>: Ac\u00e1 es importante no solo que no existan jornadas interminables de trabajo, sino que cuando el empleado se vaya no lo llamen, que si sale de vacaciones pueda desconectar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Si sos una persona de RRHH o que ten\u00e9s a cargo las pol\u00edticas de personas te desaf\u00edo a pensar cuanto de estos temas opinas y cuanto aplicas herramientas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
