{"id":8196,"date":"2024-03-04T08:06:50","date_gmt":"2024-03-04T11:06:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/?p=8196"},"modified":"2024-03-04T08:07:02","modified_gmt":"2024-03-04T11:07:02","slug":"establecimientos-carnicos-record-de-habilitaciones-en-cordoba-durante-el-ultimo-ano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ax.ar\/garantech\/establecimientos-carnicos-record-de-habilitaciones-en-cordoba-durante-el-ultimo-ano\/","title":{"rendered":"Establecimientos c\u00e1rnicos: r\u00e9cord de habilitaciones en C\u00f3rdoba durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el Ministerio de Bioagroindustria de la provincia de C\u00f3rdoba, dieron a conocer que durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o se alcanz\u00f3 un <strong>n\u00famero r\u00e9cord de habilitaciones de establecimientos c\u00e1rnicos <\/strong>con respecto a a\u00f1os anteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concretamente, desde febrero del 2023 al mismo mes del 2024 <strong>fueron 15 establecimientos c\u00e1rnicos autorizados.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La comparaci\u00f3n toma relevancia si repasamos que durante el per\u00edodo que va desde 2021 a 2022 se habilitaron seis establecimientos y durante el per\u00edodo 2022-2023 fueron siete; es decir, que en comparaci\u00f3n con a\u00f1os anteriores se duplicaron las habilitaciones en la provincia de C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Del total habilitado, siete son f\u00e1bricas de chacinados, de las cuales tres cuentan con dep\u00f3sito y despostadero, y cuatro solo dep\u00f3sitos; seis dep\u00f3sitos y c\u00e1maras frigor\u00edficas y dos dep\u00f3sitos despostaderos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los establecimientos se encuentran ubicados en <strong>C\u00f3rdoba Capital, Villa Mar\u00eda, Bell Ville, Camilo Aldao, San Marcos Sud, Colonia Caroya, Pincen, R\u00edo Cuarto, Oncativo, La Cumbre y Etruria.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otro lado, tambi\u00e9n <strong>se habilitaron 24 transportes de productos c\u00e1rnicos en el mismo periodo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo a un relevamiento t\u00e9cnico efectuado por el organismo, se desprende que aumentaron notablemente las consultas por habilitaciones de establecimientos y transportes en el \u00faltimo mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A su vez, gracias a un trabajo conjunto del Ministerio e Idecor, se elaboraron mapas de los establecimientos faenadores e industrializadores de carne; los cuales se pueden visualizar <a href=\"https:\/\/mapascordoba.gob.ar\/viewer\/mapa\/441\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AC\u00c1<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde el Ministerio de Bioagroindustria de la provincia de C\u00f3rdoba, dieron a conocer que durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o se alcanz\u00f3 un n\u00famero r\u00e9cord de habilitaciones de establecimientos c\u00e1rnicos con respecto a a\u00f1os anteriores.
